In the course of time, our team realized that providing home care was not enough. Many seniors were in need of constant nursing care and supervision, and several had no local family support. We decided to change the Old Age Home Care model and switch to residential care and thus “Friends4Life My Care Homes”, full 360 degrees homely supported Living came to life for many lives.

We provide holistic care that focuses on all aspects of an elderly’s life. Care plans for each resident are reviewed with a focus on physical and mental health, social activities, cognitive abilities, functional ability, nutritional, and personal needs. We maintain streamlined documentation with Confidentiality for each resident and also believe in transparency in Health and mental Care real-time reporting to the families.

Process

We provide high-quality, person-centered care that enables residents to live meaningful lives. We cater to each individual’s preferences and respect their choices throughout the continuum of care.

Our trained team of caregivers aids residents with their activities of daily living (e.g., walking, grooming, and assistance with meals.)
We provide a supportive atmosphere, frequent one-to-one attention, and a calendar full of activities to ensure each resident is socially engaged.
Day and night shifts as well as a live-in facility manager ensures that care givers are available around the clock to manage emergencies.
We serve nutritious and delicious Indian meals, snacks, and tea. We also provide regular housekeeping and laundry services.
Our facility nurses provide basic nursing care for those who need it including Ryle’s tube feeding, bed sore management, catheterization, cannulization, wound dressing, etc.
We provide a specialized dementia care program that focuses on emotional well-being and symptom management through non-pharmacological approaches.

Pricing

Good care comes at a price. In India’s nascent assisted living industry, many believe that good care can be attained for as little as 10 or 20 thousand rupees/month. However, as Trust is devoted to serving the Social cause of the community, we can confidently say that that is not true – especially if you would like an experienced, educated, and adequately staffed team to care for your elderly loved ones. We request you to please carefully consider if our offering is financially feasible for you and your elderly loved ones.

Below is the basic pricing structure with low levels of care (care ratio 1 : 3)

Actual pricing would be decided only after the medical assessment is done by the nursing team.

Long-term stay requires residents to sign an 11-month contract. Short-term stay prices apply for any time frame less than 11 months with a minimum of 1 month. Single occupancy is when one senior resides in their own room. Double occupancy is when 2 seniors are in one room (e.g., husband and wife). Twin sharing is when a senior will share a room with another senior.

Upon admission, residents are also required to provide a one-time refundable security deposit.

Platinum

Friends4Life helps you by providing all facilities with love and care. In our platinum package, you afford all the services for 1 person. It offers convenience.

Gold

You’re comfortable with us if you make yourself familiar with others. If you move out to an assisted living society or nursing home, you start over with our gold package facilities.

Silver

In our NGO, you can stay as autonomous as you can with in-home care. When the consequences of aging occur, we provide many facilities within the silver package. Complete Care Pricing.

Admission Process

Moving into an assisted living is a difficult decision and we at Friends4Life My Care Homes”, will be there to assist you at every step. The admission process has been designed in a manner to facilitate the decision-making process and familiarize the elderly with our homes. It includes all the steps from viewing of home to finalizing the transition details of paperwork.
